Duties:

• Operate excavators, bulldozers, cranes, and loaders with precision
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment
• Follow detailed site plans and safety protocols
• Assist with site leveling, trenching, and foundation preparation
• Communicate effectively with ground crews and supervisors

Skills:

• Valid certification for operating heavy machinery (e.g., NCCCO)
• Minimum 3 years experience in construction site equipment operation
• Strong safety record and understanding of OSHA standards
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
